Vanessa Harris is a weaver and textile artist working out of their home in Abiquiu, NM. They try to expand on traditional weaving imagery- making patterns that clash, overlap, and intertwine , inspired by a love of sci-fi/ fantasy and an optimistic belief in other dimensions and means of communication. They try to generally do less harm in the world, and hope that art is a way to make connections with people that focus on what we have in common, instead of what to hate about each other.
