Sean Clark is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee who has lived and worked in Abiquiu, NM and New Orleans for the past 12 years. Sean graduated from Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Public Health and African-American Studies. Sean is the juried selected winner of the And Now for Something New Vol. 3 show at LeMieux Gallery and the 2021 Harpo Fellowship Emerging Artist recipient at the Santa Fe Art Institute. He has completed residencies at the Joan Mitchell Center, SFAI and Stoveworks. He completed his MFA in painting from Tulane University in 2024. Sean’s work can be found at www.sgclarkart.com
