Tiffany Style Stained Glass
My world of stained-glass art started about 12 years ago. I enjoy mixing colorful glass with the native wood elements such as cholla and cedar. In using the colors of the New Mexico landscape I pick out the textures and striations of glass which adds movement to my pieces, almost like a painting. I consider my work to be eclectic designs that will add that perfect accent for your window, home, or something to add sparkle and beauty to your world. All of my pieces are hand cut using the Tiffany technique-stained glass, which is a method of forming a design by hand cutting my glass, copper foiling each glass piece and then soldering the patterned pieces of glass together to create gorgeous art. I choose to work exclusively with this construction since it allows for more detail.
